†Premier Onsite Support. Provided by LenovoCare. Entitled to parts, labor and on-site repair service. Service is available Monday-Friday, except holidays. Many parts can also be delivered to you using the Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) method. This service is also entitled to Accidental Damage Protection Service. Determination by online/phone technician of cause of issue; may involve customer access to inside of system and multiple or extended sessions. On-Site Service: if issue is covered by Ltd Hardware Warranty [details] and not resolved remotely, technician and/or part will be dispatched, usually within 1 business day following completion of Remote Diagnosis. Availability varies. Other conditions apply.
